Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (630) 717-8898. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, newwok.kwickmenu.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 141 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinese restaurant in Naperville and suggests consistent service.
Naperville is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Naperville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My family and I have been going to New Wok since I was a kid. So glad to see this place still cookin'. The gentleman who works the front is so kind and their food is delish. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Always recommending our local Chinese spot. Thank you guys!

I have been searching for a new go-to Chinese restaurant since I moved from Evergreen Park to Naperville in June 2023. My go to in EP was Wings in Alsip and Iβve had such a hard time finding a place that is just as good or better than Wings, until New Wok. I ordered online and sent my husband because I donβt drive. The first thing my husband said when he walked in the door was that they were so friendly and welcoming when he went to pick up the order. We crack everything open, get our plates together, and have at it. My son and husband usually have multiple conversations among us, but they loved their dishes so much, they were quiet the entire time they were eating. My daughter loved her crab Rangoon and her fried rice, and their vegetable egg rolls were some of the best Iβve ever had. I have definitely found my go-to Chinese place!

My family has been eating here for years. My favorite place to order from for a night in. I was so scared they were shutting down for good after Covid but I am happy to see them back. Food is incredible and I even buy the sweet and sour sauce by the jar. Always recommend :)

When I used to live in the North burbs (Deerfield / Highland Park), there were these pick-up & go βamericanizedβ chinese restaurants that had very good food, excellent quality, inexpensive yet the portions were exceptional. This place is very similar. There is no in-dining seating at most of these sites (a few exceptions), but this no-frills approach keeps the prices relatively low compared to dine-in eqivalents. However, there is no dim-sum, assorted dumplings nor any specials that are βextravagentβ such as crispy Peking duck mu-shu style. But for what was ordered and the price point, its worth a visit. Ordered combo appetizer which came with a pork eggroll, 2 crab rangoon and 2 fried shrimp rings. Served hot and crispy, this was what was to be expected, and nice serving size. The chefs special pan fried noodles with combo chicken, beef, shrimp and vegetables was on-point. Again the pint serving, imo, is worth 4 meals (~4oz each). I have had many pan fried noodles over the decades and this was a very good version. The owners are friendly and deliver the food on-time. I was there 10 minutes prior to the promised time, which was delivered at exactly 10 minutes as I waited

Good value, quick service, one (sometimes 2) tables but it is really just a take-out place. Almost always the prep is fast and delivered hot. Some items are better than others but overall it fine Chinese (with large portions) at good prices. Friendly counter staff. I give it a 5 relative to other carryouts. Yes, there is better Chinese food (at much higher prices), but for a neighborhood carryout, New Wok does not dissapoint.
